This evening I decided to play along with Stampin' Royalty's weekly challenge. This week's challenge is a color challenge using the following colors: Rich Razzleberry, Marina Mist, River Rock, and Early Espresso. I had a tough time figuring out how to add in River Rock, but I had an epiphany after a half hour of thinking about it......I used a paisley print embossing folder to add some texture to a piece of the River Rock cardstock as a layer over the Early Espresso base. I brought out another stamp set from last year, Patterned Pines and used that as my focal point of the card. Basic Rhinestones were added to the Marina Mist trees and Smooch Pearlized Accent Ink to the Rich Razzleberry tree. The Rich Razzleberry tree is also popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. It's hard to tell in the picture but I used Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz on the Marina Mist CS for some extra sparkle. I added some coordinating buttons to complete my design. The Stampin' Royalty Goddesses have designed some beautiful cards this week.
